There is no contact form anywhere on this site, on purpose. A form makes you write into a box and wait, without knowing whether anyone read it. WhatsApp tells you it arrived.
After you message
What actually happens next.
- Within a few hours
- You get a reply from me, not from an assistant and not from an automated greeting. Same day in almost every case; if it is late at night, the next morning.
- The first conversation
- About twenty minutes, and it is about the business rather than about the website. What you sell, who buys it, what people phone you to ask, and what you wish they already knew before they called. Nobody has ever needed to prepare anything for this.
- No obligation, and no pitch deck
- You are not signing anything by having a conversation, and there is nothing to sit through. If it is not a fit I will say so — sometimes the honest answer is that you do not need a new website yet.
- Then the free homepage
- If we both want to carry on, I build your homepage and send you a live link. Ten to twelve a month, one per business, and the link stays up for fourteen days. Nothing has been paid at this point and nothing is owed if you walk away.
- Only then, a quotation
- Written, itemised, free, on the SSM registration. Prices are the published ones on the pricing page — the quotation puts your page list against them rather than inventing a number.
Free, and separate from the above
A written check of the website you already have.
If you already have a site and are not sure whether it needs replacing, I will look at it and write you a short honest report. It is free and it does not come with a sales call attached.
- What it covers
- How fast it loads on a mid-range phone, whether the facts a customer needs are readable as text, whether search engines and AI search can actually see the page, whether it works with a keyboard, and what is broken on a 360-pixel screen.
- What you get
- One or two pages of plain writing with the specific problems and what each one would take to fix — including the ones you could fix yourself without me.
- How long
- Two to three working days, because it is done by hand rather than by pasting your URL into a scoring tool and forwarding the PDF.

- Messages are read roughly 9am to 9pm Malaysian time, seven days. Replies are usually the same day; if you write after 9pm you will hear back in the morning.

- Gelugor, Penang. Meetings on the island are in person if you would rather; anywhere else in Malaysia is a call, and it works fine — most of the work is done that way.
