Five packages, five fixed prices, and everything each one includes. You should not have to book a call to find out whether you can afford this.

RM888 is a small site, not a cheap one.

One page at RM888 ships the same preloader, the same real motion, and the same 3D product scenes as the RM4,688 build — if the business has products, they get modelled. Same design standard, same mobile performance floor, same accessibility work, same bilingual copy, same structured data. It is smaller. It is not lesser.

There is no static tier below this and there is not going to be one. Everything ATL Studio builds animates, because a shop that looks small online is the problem the studio exists to fix.

The packages above are a reference point for a straightforward website. Anything beyond that gets quoted properly, free of charge, in writing, by an SSM-registered business — not estimated in a chat and not padded with a number I made up to look competitive.

A café, priced out loud.

Four pages for a place this size. The sum below is the whole of it.

A café that wants a menu, the story of the place, a gallery and a contact page needs four pages. That is Studio, RM1,688, live in about a week: RM844 to start and RM844 before it goes onto the domain. Bilingual, a preloader, a 3D scene of the actual drinks if there are photographs to work from, Google Business Profile sorted, and the first year of Care Lite free.

If they later add a page for private events, that is RM388. Nothing about the original price changes.

After launch

Care plans, and what happens if you stop one.

Care Lite is RM288 a year: hosting, the domain kept alive, security updates, and small text or image changes when you send them. Care Performance is RM888 a year and adds monthly performance and search checks, plus priority on changes.

The first twelve months are free on every package.

A care plan is this, and nothing more mysterious: the thing put back properly, every time.
If a care plan lapses
You get your files and your domain access, free. No exit fee, no hostage-taking, no waiting. The site is plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript, so any developer can pick it up from there — including one who is not me.
Refunds
The deposit is non-refundable once design work has started, because that is the point at which the time has been spent. Before that, it is refunded in full, no reason needed.
Revisions
Two rounds on Spark, three on Studio and Growth, five on Business and Flagship. A round is one consolidated list of changes, not one change. Extra rounds are RM188.
Payment
Under RM1,000 is paid in full up front. RM1,000 and above splits 50 / 50, and the balance clears before the site is pointed at your domain.

On what other people charge: agency quotes I have heard about in Penang run roughly RM4,000 to RM6,000 for a small-business site. That is what business owners have told me in conversation, not a figure I have researched, and it is written here as an observation rather than as data. Prices in Malaysian ringgit.
